About Me:
The Short
I’m a New England–based Art Director and designer specializing in brand storytelling, graphic design, and layout systems. I lead complex creative projects from early concept through execution, with a strong focus on clarity, craft, and collaboration. I also love working with physical tools like laser cutters and CNC machines to bring digital ideas into the real world. You can find more of that work on my Instagram.
The Long:
My path into design wasn’t linear. I began my career in the eye and optical industry after earning a science degree from Texas A&M, working as a sales representative and account manager. Being close to customers and retailers gave me a firsthand understanding of how visual communication supports (or hinders) real-world decision-making. When I saw gaps in our point-of-sale materials and training tools, I started building better ones. That curiosity turned into a career in creative problem-solving.
Today, I’m a seasoned Art Director with over a decade of experience leading multi-channel creative work across print, digital, retail, and experiential environments. I focus on building cohesive visual systems and storytelling that balance business goals with thoughtful, well-crafted design. My work spans end-to-end catalog production, packaging, retail merchandising, and digital campaigns, all grounded in consistency and brand clarity.
I’ve led cross-functional teams and partnered closely with marketing, sales, and production stakeholders to deliver high-visibility work at scale. As a leader, I value collaboration, mentorship, and clear communication. I believe the best creative outcomes come from teams that feel supported, challenged, and aligned around a shared vision.
Outside of client and brand work, I’m a hands-on maker. I spend time in the fab lab translating vector art into physical objects using laser cutters, CNC machines, and 3D printers. When I step away from the studio, you’ll usually find me on the water, organizing local run groups, or chasing elevation on hiking and ski trails. I’m drawn to communities, craft, and environments where creativity and discipline meet.
